As adults, we have been formed by the many influences in our environment. Before making your final decision, you must give careful thought to what the results of your choice might be. Reviewing the three requirements, it would appear that decision making is a relatively easy process to execute. Its simplicity should allow you not only to make a decision, but to make the decision that is the most appropriate. Yet, we know that this is not always true. Relevant and accurate information is essential. In job hunting, two major sources of information serve as a basis for decision making: knowledge of the world of work in which you will function, and self-knowledge. Knowing yourself is the key that opens the door through which you will travel on your journey to fearless job hunting.
