When betrayal becomes a fight for survival for one member of the group, Dillon has to risk his life to find enough medical supplies to save the man who double-crossed him, causing tension within the group. For each question Dillon finds an answer for, two more replace it, leading Dillon further and further down a seemingly never ending rabbit hole filled with conspiracy theories and governmental cover-ups.
