The two cases are unconnected until after weeks in custody and a deal in his pocket, the nightclub shooter confesses to murdering the four men and names a low-level thief as his customer for the job. Trunk has questions like why was he arrested heading towards the shooting of the four men instead away from it? Why did he wait to confess to this shooting?
