In this book, the author concisely summarises, how the monotheistic world religions can be linked from our current scientific and logical characterised perspective and how they can contribute both to individual self-perception and, fundamentally, to social cohesion. He explores the development of language and the brain in human history, examines the biblical story of creation and investigates the connection with non-Christian religions. His conclusion, as a proposed thesis, is: ‘God is a language-bound association for the self-reflection of the mind, which helps us decisively to inspire its creative power.’
