This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 22nd International Conference on Computational Methods in Systems Biology, CMSB 2024, which took place in Pisa, Italy, during September 16-18, 2024.  The 11 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 23 submissions.
