This book is for the current Cranial Osteopathic practitioner. It looks into Cranial Osteopathy from a more profound 'inner' approach to help the practitioner to understand Cranial Osteopathy from a deeper and broader perspective. The book starts by taking the reader on an 'inner' journey of understanding more about themselves as the practitioner, discussing the 'osteopathic toolbox', and the need to be 'inner centred' when diagnosing and treating. These exercises should be done 'at the treatment table' and will prepare the reader to use the approaches described with their patients. The audio leads the listener through a 'guided tour' of the anatomy and explains the exercise while they use their hands to feel what the author is describing.
