The Life Force Workbook: A One Year Course in the Etheric Sciences

di John Michael Greer (Autore)

Aeon Books Ltd, 2026

A practical and investigative workbook exploring life energies and etheric fields In the third and final instalment of his popular workbook series, John Michael Greer boldly advances into the study of life force, or as it is known in different traditions qi, prana, od, vril, and many other names.  Situating his exploration of the etheric sciences within the occult tradition of the Golden Section Fellowship, Greer outlines a one year course of study. There are forty-eight lessons, each of which is intended to provide raw material for thought, study, and meditation per week. The lessons include points for daily meditation, themes for study, and a question for reflection, alongside full instructions for practice.  Within these pages, readers will find a comprehensive introduction to the etheric; an exploration of the etheric macrocosm and microcosm; and a unit covering etheric technologies. The book also includes four practical experiments, which can be taken up at any time; these cover etheric breathing, etheric charging, etheric psychometry, and etheric clairvoyance.  Alongside the other workbooks in this series (The Occult Philosophy Workbook and The Earth Mysteries Workbook), The Life Force Workbook is an essential text for any student or practitioner of the occult wishing to deepen and expand their practice.
