When their financial empire collapses, they execute an audacious escape—parachuting from a foreign rocket and boarding their hidden ship, We Escaped, while pursued by journalist Maya Chen, who hacks their navigation. They outsmart her using a mechanical failsafe and reach the Moon, where robots have prepared "Constitution Base" with two centuries of supplies. On the lunar surface, they ratify a 42-article constitution—complete with rock-paper-scissors dispute resolution, a thumb-wrestling tie-breaker, and a ban on decaf coffee—establishing the Lunar Republic. The story ends with Earth divided over whether to punish or reward them, leaving the question deliberately unanswered. The screenplay blends heist comedy with heartfelt character arcs: Cassandra learns trust, Aris finds confidence, Wren discovers loyalty, and Jax transforms performance into genuine purpose. Beneath the satire of tech-bro culture and corporate greed lies a sincere story about misfits building something meaningful by writing their own rules and leaving the old system behind.
