MIND REDESIGN Not broken, just covered up and forgotten. Kerry Michael West You are not broken. You are not behind. You just haven't looked yet. Most of us are living inside a way of thinking we didn't consciously choose. It was handed to us — by family, culture, institutions, experience — before we were old enough to evaluate it. We've been running it ever since, faithfully, without ever asking whether it was actually ours. Mind Redesign is the book for the moment something stops making sense. Maybe a thought you've always accepted suddenly doesn't hold together. Maybe a quiet urgency has been building — not a crisis, just a persistent sense that the way you've been thinking about your life isn't the whole story. Maybe you've been standing at the edge of something, measuring the distance, wondering if you're ready. This book gently offers a different view: you are probably not standing at a cliff. You are standing in front of a dam. A cliff demands a leap. A dam only requires curiosity. You don't jump — you pick at it. You find the thing that doesn't make sense and you look at it honestly. That's all. And then one day, not because you were brave but because you were honest, the water moves. Drawing on neuroscience, lived experience, and the kind of honesty most self-help books avoid, Mind Redesign introduces the Observer-Self — the part of you that was always watching, always steady, always present beneath the performance. Not a new concept to master. Something you already know. Something you've always known. This is not a program. There are no steps to complete, no version of yourself to perform, no moment at the end where you will have been fixed — because nothing in you is broken. What's here instead is an invitation to redesign: not to erase what you are, but to examine it. To sort through the inherited from the chosen. To become, slowly and in your own time, the architect of how you actually think. Mind Redesign is for you if: • Something in your thinking has recently stopped making sense and you can't unfeel it • You've left — or are leaving — a system that used to tell you who to be • You want honest inner work grounded in neuroscience, not spiritual bypassing • You are done performing certainty in order to belong • You are, in the best possible way, uncomfortably curious "Not broken, just covered up and forgotten." If you finished reading this description with more questions than you started with — you're already one of us. Mind Redesign is Book One of the Mind Redesign Series. Kerry Michael West is a Pastor, writer, speaker, and Founder of The Frequency Ark — a space built for people who are done performing and ready to remember who they actually are. He lives in Amsterdam. Mind Redesign is his first book. thefrequencyark.org Mind redesign is approximately 106 pages.
