The conference book contains the abstracts of the 35th International Conference of the European Association for REsearch on SERvices – RESER titled “Rethinking Services for Society 5.0: Opportunities and Challenges”, which took place from 29th to 31st October 2025 in Rome (Italy). The Conference has been organized by the School of Economics of the Tor Vergata University of Rome, in collaboration with the Research Center on Innovation and Service Management in Industrial Firms – ASAP, and under the Patronage of the Italian Society of Management – SIMA. The RESER 2025 Conference provided a unique opportunity for researchers and policymakers working on services to exchange cutting–edge ideas on the role that services play in the current economic and social context and on their future developments, both in terms of scientific research and practical applications. This volume contains only the abstracts whose publication has been authorized by the authors of the short papers presented during the Conference.
