I am a Dipl.Psych. from UNI Kiel with a specialization in performance psychology, which I have combined with further training in gestalt therapy, systemic therapy and clinical hypnosis. I have worked as a therapist, manager and consultant in both the psychiatric, social and occupational fields. My roles range from director of youth institutions to human resources director in a multinational company. In addition to that. I have over 50 years of experience as a mental trainer and coach for elite athletes in 28 sports in 21 countries, including Olympic, World Cup, European Championship and Tour de France winners.
