Political Failure: The State's insistence on offering expensive, top-down solutions (foreign-made plastic teeth) to mask systemic, grassroots problems. Ultimately, this is a tale of resilience. It is about how the refusal to accept a lie—whether political or charitable—can spark an uprising of integrity.
