Part of this movement included empowering community dance events. We’ll go on a hike, maybe do some yoga, maybe meditate, maybe work out, maybe journal, but always empowering wellness and an epic dance party. and you're invited!! Message from DJ Beachball: "In addition to DJin' at epic lookouts in nature, I have a deep desire to help you become empowered. Find meaning in life and having the tools to transmute the hard times we all eventually endure at one time or another. To me, being empowered is having the the tools to reliably find out way back to a deep level of inner peace. Using these tools leads to greater levels of self-mastery and fulfillment. All of which I have struggled with greatly in my life and have learned to master at a greater level. Over the course of half a decade, I’ve studied, implemented, and seen amazing results, the limits of which I have still found no end—hence why I still consider myself a student. However, within these five years of my self-development journey, I have seen an overwhelming amount of benefits from the knowledge I’ve learned so far, in my own life and the lives of many others. The results of which have provided a great deal of inspiration and material for me to write this book with the confidence that it will empower you and many others."
