Even though fourteen months of his life had gone down the drain, his dream was still on course. End of his stay at Sumatech maybe, but certainly not the end of his education. He tried to tell himself that he had not really lost faith. Mob law was a law of its own. While in detention, they had often argued back and forth about the efficacy of surviving in Uremia. They had also reached their conclusions. Men made laws. Arrogant laws that gave them the cloak of gods. Just so long as it suited their purpose, fairness could go take a hike. There would always be repressions of freedom of expression or basic human rights because men failed to realize the symbiotic relationship of peaceful coexistence. In order for humanity to survive this tragedy, it is also man that should stand up and fight that evil, confident in the fact that nothing that is false endures forever. The late Victoria was merely a victim as well as all the others who died.
