Due to their isolated geography, each country has a spirit and manner unique to itself. One of the most popular ways to explore these two countries is by road tripping. Both countries are a rite of passage memorable for diverse landscapes, scenic small towns, historical and archaeological sites, and friendly people. My three month down under experience is always with me—you will know why by the final page of this book. This was one of the best road trips of the many I have taken in my life. I was a different and a much better person at the conclusion of my road trip, and I learned a lot about New Zealand and Australia, the people and myself.
