I was thrilled by the demand to write part two of this book; Managing God's Divine Investment. I must thank those teaming friends, church members and some of my students who encouraged me while teaching some of the materials culled from the first edition in the class. Often times I referred to the book, many of the insight I shared concerning the book during seminars, teachings, preaching and counseling sessions have compelled me to revisit the book and now with dint of experience and more insight, add to what was in the first edition.
Is the first edition outdated? Not at all. Is it not relevant to the present? Far from it. Rather, the first edition has laid the raw foundation and fundamental principles that act as a catalyst to prepare this second and updated edition.
Life is an investment. Life is all about investment. An investment can take so many forms. It can mean investing four years of your life in getting a degree. It can mean investing your energy, knowledge or resources in achieving some notable task. Irrespective of whatever you are investing in, one fundamental truth about investment is that it is always made towards a profit.
God is interested in you making a profit or a gain spiritually, physically and socially. The scripture is filled with such wonderful antecedents of God's creative expectations. God has this wonderful thought in mind when He commanded His creature and creation to be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth.
