Later, he took another smart car on a 7,500-mile trek from Europe’s northernmost tip to its southernmost point. David’s adventures, narrated with humour and warmth, capture the joy and resilience of exploration. His journey proves that the spirit of adventure is alive, no matter the vehicle.
