After managing over 110 construction projects valued at more than 1,226,158,040 USD (One billion, two hundred twenty-six million, one hundred fifty-eight thousand, forty US dollars), I have observed a recurring challenge: many Employer and Engineer representatives struggle to respond effectively to contractor correspondence. This insight inspired me to develop this book.
