My dear friend and fellow pilgrim, we may never meet but through these lines you are now reading, our life paths have crossed. I have been fortunate to have lived a Life full of challenges, to have met people from every walk of life. I immersed myself in the study of classical philosophy and mythology, of Esoteric Christianity, and Reiki, all in the pursuit of finding the meaning of Life, of finding happiness and success. Life hasn't been easy. Was it worth it? Yes. It is with a great sense of responsibility and humility that I present you with this book. It is the culmination of my experiences, studies, and applications. In this journey of Life, everything begins with us, from us. Our quality of life begins with us taking responsibility for it.
