Through facts, figures, and historical analysis, Promise Land shows how Article 1, Sections 2 & 9 of the U.S. Constitution, which the 16th Amendment replaced, was specifically designed by our nation's framers to constrain governmental power, arrogance, and excess. And ensure the federal government always remained small, controlled and inexpensive, inextricably connected to all this nation's citizenry, and forever chained and obedient to the will and exclusive interestsof the American people.
